Hi! I’m Petra Čubretović, a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach® and the founder of How About Sleep and The Sleep Department.
As a mom of three (including twins), trained by the renowned Sleep Lady® Kim West – and 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles – I understand the toll of sleep deprivation, both at home and the workplace.
At How About Sleep, my goal is to empower you to become your child’s best sleep coach using a holistic, gentle, yet evidence-based approach, with as few tears as possible.
Whether you're expecting, navigating newborn sleep, struggling with sleepless nights or a toddler who just won’t settle, we offer clear, supportive and highly personalized strategies that work – with a 95% success rate within 2-3 weeks.
At The Sleep Department, we extend the benefits of Gentle Sleep Coaching® to the workplace. Recognizing that a well-rested parent is a more productive and engaged professional, we work with businesses to restore the sleep of their working parents.
Sleep is your superpower — whether you’re nurturing a little one at home or leading a team at work. I’m here to help you transition from surviving to thriving, with energy, joy, and renewed focus for both personal and professional growth.
Get in touch if you are curious - can’t wait to hear from you ❤

We can talk about my approach and I can advise you which program would be most suitable.
