Hi! I’m Petra Čubretović, a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach® and the founder of How About Sleep and The Sleep Department. 

As a mom of three (including twins), trained by the renowned Sleep Lady® Kim West – and 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles – I understand the toll of sleep deprivation, both at home and the workplace.

At How About Sleep, my goal is to empower you to become your child’s best sleep coach using a holistic, gentle, yet evidence-based approach, with as few tears as possible.

 

Whether you're expecting, navigating newborn sleep, struggling with sleepless nights or a toddler who just won’t settle, we offer clear, supportive and highly personalized strategies that work – with a 95% success rate within 2-3 weeks.
